Yet, once I told Brandon that fan was operating normally, he issued a refund without hesitation. He behaved like a professional and a decent person.

Brandon went out of his way to make sure I was happy with the service, and when he learned of a potential mishap (a loose dryer vent), he provided a voucher covering the costs of repair and then some for the inconvenience. Had these guys come clean my air ducts and now my upstairs section of the house actually blows air out and it feels way less stuffy! Plus we are not dying in the heat anymore.
